Untidy Army Wife

My husband is in the Army and his second tour was going to be in Colorado Springs. We got an apartment that was already furnish. He was send to Germany for two month, After he came back I told him that in the other side of our building they had better apartments and one of them was vacant and I wanted to move, we did. My husband was a talking to me about me not having friends and it was not good for me to be all the time by myself. I start meeting some of the soldiers from his unit, almost all of them were single and younger than us. One of the soldiers invited us to meet his wife and to be part of their get together. Well, I was a little hesitant. We went to the party me trying to have an open mind. Once we were there they offer us something to drink and to eat. The host said my wife is in the kitchen. When we went inside the apartment was so messy that look like a tornado pass through. The nightmare was just starting. We went to the kitchen and she offer my husband a beer and some coke for me. She said to make myself at home and get a glass from the cabinet. When I went to get the glass my eyes could not believe what was in the sink. It was something that look like potting soil. bones, dirty dishes, and a roach in a corner of the cabinet. I wanted to scream and cry, with a smile on my face, I removed myself from the kitchen, look for my husband and almost frantic I said: lets go right now. He said; What is wrong?. Together we went to the kitchen and he saw the mess in the sink. Politely we said thank you for inviting us but my wife is not feeling well. They offer us some food to take with us. Are you kidding me?. We said no thank you and left. If you think the nightmare ends here you are wrong with capital W.
After that we met another couple he was american and she was from the Philippines. She was a very nice  and friendly. They invited us to her apartment my God what a difference. The apartment was spotless. The food was really good and the conversation was great. Before living she told me that in her complex they have a pool and invited me, of course a said "yes". Next day I got to her apartment, and we left to pool area. Oh my God! the lady from the messy apartment was there. She was with a baby (beautiful) and say: hello. I introduce her to my new friend. The untidy wife just moved to the same apartment complex a month ago. Let me tell you when she was walking toward us, she had a big spot of coffee in her bathing suit.  Her bathing suit was the kind of material that when you are wet you look naked. So we had free show. The baby boy was beautiful, but he smell bad.I thought that it was because she was a heavy smoker, wrong.  She ask if we wanted to see her new apartment. My new friend said: yes. When we enter the apartment everything was in boxes. My God a month living there and everything was in boxes. Well, she was changing the baby and when she opened the diaper. You will never know what came out of that diaper. Well, a drumstick, sweet peas, dirt, and other things that I can remember.
To end my nightmare, the untidy army wife decided to work in a fast food establishment, she ask me to take care of the baby, so she can go to the interview. Her finger nails and hair were disgusting and just like that she left. When she came back you will not believe it, they hired her. Well, I never went to that fast food place again. Not every army wife is like that. Her husband decided to get out of the army and go back home.
